PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Would you like a cuddly snack, do you mean a pure moment of comfort? These peanut butter cookies will be perfect with a hot drink (the best is hot chocolate). They are melting and very addictive! Mister Loli devoured a few in minutes. It is better to put them away quickly otherwise everything risks disappearing.
Peanut butter or ground nut is a spread made from peanuts. It is popular in the United States and widely used in African cuisine. It is very simple and inexpensive to make it yourself with just peanuts and a blender.
Indeed, consuming peanut butter will bring you fibers and vegetable proteins, it is also interesting in nutritional terms. It is rich in unsaturated or even monounsaturated fatty acids which are good fats.

Peanut butter has a satiating effect; the maximum recommended dose per day is 2 teaspoons. Spreading it on bread with a little jam is a healthy breakfast. Prefer wholemeal bread.

Ingredients
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups sifted flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375? Mix the first six ingredients.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Roll into balls and press with a fork dipped in sugar or flour.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven until lightly browned.
Allow the cookies to cool on a baking sheet for 5 minutes before placing them on a rack to cool completely.
