A Slithery Surprise: Snake Gets In The Way of Back-to-School Picture

A lot of students look forward to the first day of school because it’s a chance to start over and make memories with a special picture shoot. Seventh-grader Brooke Mills was no different. She and her mother, Joy, went outside to take some pictures by a tree to remember the event.

As they smiled and posed, a guest from the background appeared out of the blue. At first, everything looked great—the pictures were taken, and everything was fine. That is, until Joy looked at one of the shots more closely.

As she looked up, she saw a snake on the tree trunk, and its sharp eyes were fixed on Brooke. Joy had to look again to make sure she was seeing the right thing because the snake mixed in so well.

Joy didn’t want to scare her daughter, so she carefully told Brooke to move away from the tree without showing who was there. Brooke found the sneaky photobomber after they were out of harm’s way because they were safe.
