New York Attorney General Letitia James delivered an unhinged press conference in which she appeared to threaten President-Elect Trump after his historic victory on Tuesday night.

“So here we are. We’ve studied their platforms. We’ve identified certain possibilities, fact patterns. We’ve created contingency plans.
