He was lucky to have a friend who sold furniture, so they could choose between regular bedside tables and ones that hung from the ceiling. Even though it was flawed in some ways, the scratches actually helped him save a lot of money.
Adding a pretty paper backsplash with flowers on it made the kitchen brighter. The floor was already good, so there was no need to fix it.
You might be surprised to learn that he fixed up the kitchen for only $170.
His wife couldn’t find the right words to thank her husband for making such a big difference in their lives.
