In 1993, This Boy Was Born With Enough Skin For A Five-Year-Old. But Wait Till You See Him Today

Over the years, we have heard many heartwarming stories, but the one about Tomm Tennent is special.Tomm had too much skin from birth. In fact, he had enough skin on a five-year-old instead of covering a baby. He was so wrinkled at delivery that the doctors said they had never seen anyone like him.

Geoff Tennent, Tomm’s father, stated in a 2003 interview with 60 Minutes Australia, “I never imagined a human, or a small child, could look like that.” “I was really surprised when he emerged.”Since the day of his birth, the Tennent family has gone through a lot, but seeing their special child now makes it hard not to cry.From the time of Tomm’s 1993 birth, the family knew he would be special.

But before the boy was born, his parents had no idea that he would come into this world as a medical mystery. Ultrasounds, however, indicated that he has a condition.

“We kind of discussed this between us and we decided what’s meant to be is meant to be and we went through with it,” Tommy’s father, Geoff Tennent, said. Continue reading below.
