The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution unequivocally states:“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States.”

Trump’s executive order seeks to deny citizenship to children born in the U.S. to undocumented migrants, a move that blatantly contradicts this constitutional guarantee.
