Entire homes were washed away in a matter of minutes, and emergency crews are scrambling to rescue families still trapped by the rising waters.
Reports from the ground describe the situation as “total devastation,” with streets ripped apart, homes collapsing into fast-moving debris-filled water, and terrified residents climbing onto rooftops, awaiting rescue.
