Those closest to Sharon Osbourne say she is “a shadow of herself” in the weeks since the death of her husband, Ozzy Osbourne, and insiders now fear the 71-year-old widow may never fully recover from the loss of the man she fiercely loved — and sometimes battled — for over four decades.
Now, in a series of emotional interviews, friends of the Osbourne family have revealed just how deeply Sharon has been affected… and why she’s considering burying Ozzy in the garden of their Buckinghamshire estate.
A close family friend who recently visited Sharon described the atmosphere at the Osbourne home as “frozen in time.”
“His slippers are still by the bed. His cane still leans on the wall. She talks to him. Every morning. She brews his tea like he’s still upstairs.”
The source added:
“She’s very, very fragile. We’re all terrified she’s going to fall into a darkness we can’t pull her out of.”
