A clearer image also surfaced, showing a person believed to be Maxwell holding the box while a guard opened a door for her.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche confirmed on social media that he met with Maxwell and planned to continue their interview the following day. The meetings took place at the U.S. Attorney’s office in Tallahassee, Florida, according to CNN. Maxwell’s attorney, David Oscar Markus, described the session as “productive,” saying Maxwell answered every question honestly and would continue to do so.

These meetings follow the Justice Department’s recent outreach to Maxwell. Blanche stated that if Maxwell holds information about others who committed crimes against victims, the FBI and DOJ are ready to listen.
