Police say they haven’t been able to locate Mary Grace Westman, the mother of Minneapolis shooter Robin Westman, 23, who killed two children and injured 18 at Annunciation Catholic Church, where his mother once worked.

Robin, a former student of the school, left behind a disturbing manifesto expressing anger over being transgender, struggles with identity, and admiration for past mass shooters. Investigators are still probing the motive behind the attack.
