What Is Cancer?
Cancer refers to a group of diseases that occur when abnormal cells grow uncontrollably in the body. Early Warning Signs of Cancer

1. Unexplained Weight Loss
One of the early warning signs that cancer might be growing in your body is unexplained weight loss. Many people lose weight without trying due to cancer, particularly if it has spread to other parts of the body. This is especially common in cancers of the pancreas, stomach, esophagus, and lung. If you find that you are losing weight without making any changes to your diet or exercise routine, it is important to consult with a healthcare provider.

2. Persistent Pain
Pain is another possible early warning sign of cancer. While pain can be related to many other conditions, persistent or unexplained pain should not be ignored. Pain caused by cancer is typically continuous and may worsen over time. For example, bone pain can be associated with bone cancers or cancers that have spread to the bones. Similarly, persistent headaches may be a sign of brain cancer, especially if they are accompanied by other symptoms like dizziness, blurred vision, or nausea.
