He also mentioned that he had spoken with the deputy attorney general, who confirmed that a criminal investigation has been opened. “They’re looking into whether the leaks constitute a felony under federal law,” Homan added. “If the investigation confirms that someone is deliberately sabotaging our operations, that person will lose not only their job but also their pension. They will go to jail.”
