Chumlee from Pawn Stars May Dodge Jail Time Through Plea Agreement

Chumlee from Pawn Stars is considering a plea deal after drugs and firearms were found in a March raid at his Las Vegas home. Austin Lee Russell, 33, will plead guilty to attempted possession of a controlled substance, forfeit the seized items, serve three years’ probation, and undergo treatment.

A felony weapons charge will remain on record, but the case could be dismissed if he completes probation without incident—otherwise, he faces up to five years in prison.
